Assessment Process

Oftentimes parents come to us because their child is newly diagnosed and they are frustrated and bewildered. We understand that this is the point that they feel the greatest pressure to start ABA services. We aim to begin the process to get your child on their way to a greater future but there is some work we have to do first. Our intake staff will alleviate the burden of dealing with insurance and authorizations.

What to Expect

When the real work begins... Your Analyst gets busy working on your child’s behavior plan behind the scenes. A good behavior plan takes time to write so hang in there (approximately 5-10 business days but depends on individual goals).

Once the behavior plan is written all 30+ pages, we will send to you for your review, signature and copy through Docusign (we are earth conscious too!) You don’t have to print paper and worry about scanning.

Once we have all signatures, the behavior plan is submitted to the insurance carrier for authorization approval for services (about another 5-15 business days). Once approved we assign your behavior therapist and 1:1 service begins!
